Job Responsibilities:
Develop standard experience guidance and control plans for new products, train inspectors on quality standards, and write and publish EB, MB, PP trial production/trial production reports;
Develop a testing plan for new products;
Follow up on the process of introducing new products and conversion of relevant standards;
Familiar with Six Sigma& QCC improvement activities and quality improvement projects;
Has certain logical thinking and engineering skills, actively explores improvement and promotion of problem points.
Job requirements:
Full time undergraduate degree or above;
More than 2 years of job experience, with the ability to follow up on project ideas;
Familiar with the workflow of PPAP/APQP for new products;
Familiar with the work structure review of new products.
Job Responsibilities:
Optimization and determination of product process flow; Follow up on the introduction of new products and determination of process conditions;
Develop process documents for the product, establish material consumption processes, and design, verify, and improve tooling;
Responsible for the co signing of new product drawings and the design of process fixtures for batch trial production of new products, improving trial production reports and relevant process data;
Research and validation of new processes and technologies;
Develop the process plan for the research and development project, and prepare process documents based on the process plan.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering, with at least 1 year of work experience in process management;
Have some experience in the computer industry, electronics industry, or optical industry;
Proficient in lean production, able to flexibly apply and promote the improvement of production processes;
Willing to accept certain production and assembly tasks;
Responsible and meticulous in work.
